Why We Started Sage & Weaver
We saw a divide forming. On one side: people asking AI one-off questions, getting inconsistent results, and wondering what the hype was about. On the other: a small group achieving remarkable things by treating AI as a collaborator rather than a chatbot.
The difference wasn't intelligence or technical skill. It was approach. The effective users had developed systematic ways of working with AI that compounded over time. They weren't just using AI. They were directing it.
We founded Sage & Weaver to teach that systematic approach. Not prompting tricks that stop working next month, but fundamental principles for human-AI collaboration that will matter more as AI capabilities grow.
